If you are not able to reset your password then your account may have been deactivated.

Reasons that your account may be deactivated:

  • If you are a student, your account will be deactivated 1 year after your last class is completed
  • If you are an employee, your account will be deactivated if you employment is terminated.  
  • Adjunct faculty are deactivated based on the employment date from Human Resources.

If you are an employee and your account has been deactivated for one of the reasons above, please contact the Human Resources department for any issues.
