Are you a new user and cannot access your account?
Underneath the main login field on the right side of the screen, click First Time User.
First Time User Process:
After clicking First Time User you'll need to type in your Student ID# | 900#
Finding your username:
Once you type in your 900# you will be taken to a page where you can create your password for your student account.
YOUR USERNAME IS DISPLAYED DIRECTLY ABOVE THE PASSWORD CREATION FIELD IN THE CENTER OF THE SCREEN
Please take a moment to write down this username before creating your password
Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
Multi-factor Authentication is used to secure your Delta State account. It will also be used to help you reset your password in the event that you forget your password and are locked out of your account.
Once you have noted down your username and created your password, you will be redirected to the login page. From the login page, sign in with your username and your password. This will take you to your account settings page where you can setup your multi-factor authentication methods.
You will need to setup at least two methods.
Once your MFA is set up you can click Go to My Apps to be taken to your MyDSU portal. Congrats! You're in!
